BX777 Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BX777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). BX777 provides online betting, casino gaming and related entertainment services to eligible users. During registration, BX777 requires accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and a valid Pakistani mobile number. The name on your BX777 account must match the name on the payment methods you use for deposits and withdrawals.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one BX777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices or identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your BX777 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. BX777 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. • Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• BX777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms or void bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, exploiting pricing errors or coordinated bonus farming.
• VIP Club cashback paid in PKR to Diamond-tier and Platinum-tier members is credited as withdrawable cash with no wagering requirement unless otherwise specified in the VIP terms.

All bets placed on BX777 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules and sport-specific rules are published in the respective game lobbies and betting markets, and take precedence over these general rules where they conflict.

• Bets are final once accepted and confirmed by BX777. You cannot cancel a bet after confirmation except where in-play cash-out is available and you exercise it before the relevant event concludes.
• BX777 sets maximum payout limits that vary by sport, market and event. The maximum payout for any single cricket bet event is Rs 5,000,000. Casino game maximum payouts are set per game and are displayed in each game's rules.
• Minimum bet amounts are Rs 50 for cricket in-play markets and Rs 10 for most casino games.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required playing time has elapsed, bets are voided and stakes returned. Cricket-specific abandoned match rules are detailed in the cricket betting section.
• BX777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price — for example, due to a pricing feed error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the player's BX777 wallet.
• BX777 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on specific markets, accounts or events at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Match integrity: if BX777 suspects that a match or event relevant to a placed bet has been subject to manipulation or corruption, BX777 may suspend settlement pending investigation. If the relevant governing body confirms integrity concerns, BX777 will follow that ruling in its settlement decision.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BX777 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register;
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with BX777 games or betting markets;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any participation in or facilitation of event manipulation;
• Any form of fraud including but not limited to: chargebacks after receiving withdrawals, using stolen payment methods, or making false KYC claims;
• Organised bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus extraction, or coordinating with others to systematically extract promotional value;
• Attempts to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at BX777 staff or other players;
• Allowing a minor to access or use your BX777 account.

BX777 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for the above activities continuously. Detection of prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation. During an investigation, BX777 may place a temporary hold on your account and funds until the review is complete. Players who believe a hold has been applied in error should contact the support team — BX777 is committed to resolving genuine disputes fairly and promptly.

BX777 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online betting and casino gaming are intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Closure by BX777: BX777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player fails to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate closure;
• The player's account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months without a balance;
• BX777 discontinues operations in a specific market.

Where an account is closed due to player breach or fraud, BX777 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and resolution. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified balance is returned to the player's payment method within the standard processing period.

BX777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While BX777 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside BX777's control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages or force majeure events) may cause temporary interruption.

BX777's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds in that player's BX777 account at the time the claim arises. BX777 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of earnings or any indirect or consequential loss;
• Technical errors in third-party software beyond BX777's reasonable control;
• Actions taken on your account by someone using your login credentials who you have knowingly or negligently allowed access;
• Events classified as force majeure including natural disasters, civil unrest or government action.

Nothing in these Terms limits BX777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

BX777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, BX777 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of BX777 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect. BX777 will process the closure and return your verified balance under the terms in place at the time of your closure request.
